4.0 star rating	Friendly staff, reasonable location with a petrol station across the road which was perfect for us with a rental car. We knew we had chosen 'room only' with no catering facilities but we still had a fridge which was a life saver.	The only catering facilities for the hotel came via the Denny's diner downstairs (which is fine as we like to eat out and explore) except, the diner was closed for nearly the whole of our second week. This wasn't to much of a problem however it did mean having to make a conscious effort to leave the hotel for food after long days.	Anonymous	23 September 2015

5.0 star rating	Excellent hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. It has all the amenities required to make your stay pleasant such as fridge, coffee, and onsite Denny's and small pool. It is close to local shops and restaurants as well as the excellent Balboa Park. In addition, the 405 freeway is adjacent to the hotel allowing easy access (within 20-40mins) to all the attractions you'll want to see. I would recommend this hotel and often stay there when in LA.	The hotel can get noisy as it is on Sepulveda Way which is one of the main roads in LA, but isn't too bad and I never found it a major concern.	Anonymous	19 March 2016
