3.5 star ratingNice clean room and very good breakfastThe guy at check in was the rudest person we met the whole time we were in USA. There was a mix up with our reservation date. I had an email confirmation to prove our booking but he was incredibly unhelpful and threatened to charge us again for our pre-paid room. After the young trainee assistant helped us to clear up the mess, we asked where was good to eat near by. Again he was unhelpful and suggested a local bar. When I asked if it was OK for kids he said No, which was no help when My 2kids were standing next to me. Did he think we're we're going to leave the kids in the car while we ate?! After staying in many Best Western hotels during our 3wk holiday I can say every staff member was fantastic except this one person. The man acted in the same manor to the people who checked in before us. Anonymous 27 August 2014
