2.5 star ratingJe suis decue car nous nous avions confie une petite glaciere contenant des medicaments pour mon fils malade afin que vous les conserviez dans votre congelateur, et lorsque mon fils est venu les recuperer, la glaciere avait disparu... C'est tres dommage car aucun service n'a ete propose pour remedier a ce probleme tres grave...nous comptions revenir a Paris pour plusieurs mois et rester a cet hotel, suite a cet incident nous allons y reflechir a deux fois06 December 2013
