3.0 star ratingHand shower set leaking and spraying all over the place. Soap/shampoo container in shower room out of order. Wake up call NOT made!!!!!!! Breafast food box promised at early (5.45 am) check out not handed over.08 December 2008
2.5 star ratingBreakfast was pretty decent Staff was willing to drive us to the city with the shuttle whenever requested1) We could not sleep because the night club downstairs was blaring out music all night, staff did little to tackle it 2) The airco was not functional and the radiator in the bathroom was not working either 3) The stairs and carpets on corridors where dusty and rarely cleaned 4) Prices where too high for the quality of service provided and the aesthetics of the premises16 December 2008
