4.0 star ratingRoom was clean and nice. Big bed and no smell or feeling of mould (often seen in Varadero). Pool area was nice and also very close to the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is buffe and was okay. Nice food but boring after some time. Reception was not so helpful. We booked on our own and maybe if you book via an organisation you will get more information. There's only one computer for internet and it is slow and expensive. The hotel is located in the "begining" of Varadero so not so close to the main streets which menas you have to walk a bit or take a taxi/scooter to see something nice outside the hotel. Since it's "all inclusive" there's a few younger guests drinking all day by the pool and maybe not beeing the niciest to staff and other guests. Elin13 January 2014
3.0 star ratingVery close to the beach. Pretty cheap considering other hotels. Most of the staff is very friendly. Clean rooms. Both 110V and 220V power supply in the room.With one exception (I'm sorry I forgot her name), the reception staff speaks very poor or no English. Absolutely no activities or entertainment in the hotel in the evening. Beach-bar very far from the from the ocean itself.Cristi S.17 February 2014
