4.5 star ratingi liked the fact that it had a lot of activities within the complexno air conditioning. This was a surprise for me i really expected it to have a/c not even a fan. well i could get one if i paid which i found ridiculous.also the shower facilities after checking out is appauling. we had to beg for towels to shower coming back from the beach. our flight was at midnight so we were told in the morning we could get towels and shower but it was not the case in the afternoon. we heard others complaining as well. they didnt even get towels.//c~beach, restaurants.//g~i would not recommend this for the fact it doesnt have a/c and it is too hot.13 August 2008
5.0 star ratingthe hotel is fantastic for families with children. My little girl is 6 and cried having to come home. This is our 2nd time in Bellevue and plan to go back next year. The reps are brilliant and the evening enterainment was exceptional. The choice of pools is great and the little fun fair at night was great to.//-~The food was nice but did not really vary night to night. Also no air conditioning in the rooms were a problem for us. We could not get a fan until the 4th night of our stay as they all rented out and our daughter took very ill on the 3rd night with vomiting the temperature that evening was 26 degrees. The hotel needs to have more fans for rent as my husband that night said 3 other fathers were trying to get fans for their children as the heat making them feel ill.//c~We did not really venture out at night as the shows were so good in the hotel. But the shops etc.. where a stones through away.//g~Thoroughly recommended this hotel to families but be sure to get a fan asap.18 August 2008

1.5 star ratingVery old hotel. No Air conditioning08 September 2008
3.5 star ratingnice room, mattress was comfortableone of the sheets was dirty. The pillow was dirty and was folded with the dirt on the inside which was disgusting. The fridge did not work, so the next day we turned it right up and then it did work. The room had no personal touch, perhaps some tea/coffee and milk would be welcoming so that we did not have to rush out and buy these immediately especially if the guest is arriving at mid-night.23 September 2008
4.0 star ratingVery central, facililites are great especially for families. Loads to do and it's vey near the beach. Rooms were clean and well equiped and staff were friendly. Can get quite noisy in the early hours of the morning when people are coming back from pubs etc. Our apartment flooded after a thunderstorm which wasn't ideal!!29 September 2008
3.5 star ratingThe room was ok for what we paid. There we 3 proper beds which was good as we were expecting 2 and a sofa/pull-out bed. The kitchen was tiny, although we went out every night anyway so it didn't matter. The pools were all pretty small and the sunbeds were reserved with towels really early by all the other guests.29 September 2008
4.5 star ratingNice location, good surroundings, nearby shopping, nearby restaurants. Our flat was on 8th floor with a fantastic view to the lake and Alcudia Bay.The flat was somewhat "used", cheap furniture, well-used beds, the water-boiler leaked.29 September 2008
4.0 star ratingenjoyed our stay and would definatley go back again.29 September 2008
4.5 star ratingGood choice of food available in restaurant. Very nice location around a lake.Queues at bars in evening for all-inclusive up to 15min wait. Only news channel available in english for free, wheras an entertinment channel was available in German, italian and spanish. 10 October 2008
2.5 star ratingThere were lots of entertainment and activities for families. Ideal for large groups. Close to fantastic beach and main tourist centre. Grounds kept very well and attractive lake views.Reception staff good but only one man on duty on arrival which caused long delay. Lots of helpful staff on day duty though! Not quite what we were expecting but still good value for money. It was noisy in the apartments with furniture scaping noises continually. No airconditioning but fans were available for rent. Rowdy neighbours up until 4 in the morning. Not an ideal place for a couple/romantic holiday. Would have been helpful to have an entertainment/activity programme or a display of this in reception.30 September 2008
4.0 star ratingExcellent reception at check-in, very friendly. Large selection of breakfast food, both hot and cold.Pillows are too flat. Breakfast juices were not real fruit juice and tasted terrible.07 October 2008

4.0 star ratingWe went in October so the resort was quiet and not too busy so there were enough sunbeds. However it would be very cramped during the high season. We stayed in the Fedra 1 block which was about a 10-minute walk from reception and the lake, so luckily we didn't have any problems with mosquitos or noise from the entertainment. Any problems that we reported with the apartment (such as faulty lights and the bedroom window that wouldn't open) were fixed within a day. There was no help provided in finding the apartment late at night apart from being given a map of the resort. The apartments were a good 10-minute walk away from reception which felt even longer after dragging heavy suitcases. A courtesy van should be available to drop people off at their apartment. No air-conditioning. Fans are available to hire for 18 euro per week. Too far and no view of the beach. A boat is available (3 euro return) to the beach but was not available on the day we wanted to go, due to the weather, even though the rain had cleared and it was sunny. It would take about 15/20mins to walk to the beach down the main street. 22 October 2008
2.0 star ratingVery British - losts of families, no spanish culture at all.. If you're after England with a bit more sun then this is what you get. And we would have loved someone to tell us they dont have double beds anywhere ... just hostel like single beds. 03 November 2008
1.0 star ratingThere arn't any!Had to pay for tv in room.No heating in room, none of which was advised at time of booking. No entertainment or facilities for out of season guests. Reception staff far too slow.15 April 2009
2.5 star ratinglovely lake area, nice and quiet to stroll around everywhere although we went early May.Food was very nice in the restaraunt and the staff were really pleasant and helpful.Check in was dreadful much too slow and it took us 2hours to find our apartments, the staff should have taken us to them as there are different blocks to an area it was very confusing we went to 2 blocks to find people in the room numbers we had but we didn't know we were in the wrong blocks the sun was scorching and we were in our clothes from the UK which was cold plus my mum was celebrating her 81st birthday and couldn't walk all over the place. We left our room on the 5th day and the sheets weren't changed once.We were all inclusive and would have liked a cup of tea with our lunch and dinner which we weren't allowed, you can't expect people to have fizzy drinks with everything! We don't drink alcahol.Breakfast was a stampede.Pool area was very dangerous my nephew 6years old suffered concusion all night and the next day and damage to his back, it took all this time out of my sisters holiday as he was so sick during the night and out of it the next day, children were slipping all the time, you need to change the tiles. Also not enough selection to eat at pool bar.Pizza would have been more healthy than beefburger and chips for the children day in and day out all the time.No reps or staff around to check anything and we didn't see the pool being checked at all for cleaning or measuring the contents like other hotels we have been to, then every afternoon the seagulls and ducks were drinking and swimming in the pool, talk about bird flu or swine flu I dread to think of the germs and parasites being left in the water I have never ever seen that before anywhere.Mrs. B. Shropshire we went beginning May 2009.08 May 2009
2.5 star ratingroom was nice. And that's the only positive thing that comes to mind.Location. We stayed in arcudia which is the ideal place if you want to be surrounded by drunken, loud British people covered in tattoos from head to toes. If you would like to see ANYTHING spanish, go elsewhere. Receptionists: unhelpful and totally clueless09 June 2009

4.0 star ratingVery enjoyable stay, do not be put off by other comments. You get what you pay for. You must be up early to get sun beds as the complex is huge. Be at meal times early as the restaurant gets busy. CupCakeKate15 October 2012
3.0 star ratingVery helpfull staff at the reception. When we arrived the room didn´t seem to be cleaned very well, the sheets was dirty, there was alcohol in the fridge and the floor was dirty. There wasn´t sheets enough for all the beds and we had lot of ants in the room. Marthina19 October 2012
2.5 star ratingRoom are big for two people!!! The resort is very clean!!! Food was cold. The rooms are extremely noisy!!! Every night we woke up a couple of time because other guests were screaming/shouting in the complex or outside. The staff did nothing about it!!!! Margjepelt04 May 2013
2.5 star ratingNot actually sure where to start. The positive the resort is very clean. The food wasn't great at all, Lunch was edible, Dinner was awful. Had to eat out the next day so AI was pointless really. The AI bar was hardly a bar, the atmosphere is terrible, the clientele even worse. A spanish stag do of 15 guys checked into our block on the 1st night, bny 6 am they are still going with fog horns and megaphones. The room though clean, absolutely stank of stale cigarette smoke. My ankles were bitten all night whilst in bed (don't want to imagine what it could have been). We only stayed for 2 nights but would have left the next day if I could. Lucky we had a car so could take ourselves away from the resort. The area outside of the hotel is pretty bad too. If you like english pubs everywhere then this is your place. I like Majorca, but here you could have been in Bognor. Would never reccommend unless I disliked you...alot.chup23 May 2013
2.5 star ratingStaff where friendly , room basic in 5 days towels where changed once in the room , food was quiet poor not much of a selection at all . No air con in rooms as stated there was and at 31 degrees it was needed. Isaac20 June 2013

3.5 star ratingThere was good entertainment every night in the Show Garden, and a tivoli for the children. Also a lot to do during the day, for children and young adults. A lot of green gras and palms! It was a hotelcomplex, our hotel and pool did not match the picture when booking! Small and overcrovded pools. It was a lot of noise every night until 4-5 o'clock in the night. Warm hotelsroom without aircondition.Linn17 August 2013
3.5 star ratingPlenty of room and lots of pools although very difficult to get a sun bedQueues too big as only one restaurant for all inclusive. Evening entertainment too busy as again only one venue with big queues for drinks18 August 2013
2.5 star ratingVaried activities on site Good access to beach/water sportsNo air con! Food terrible (avoid all inclusive; not worth the effort, we expected queues and over looked this aspect but the orginastion of catering is really very poor) Maid service awfulDixie13 August 2013
4.5 star ratingGreat family complex. Our 6th time here as kids love it.We went all inclusive room had large fridge spacious and lovely balcony. Pools lovely and breeze from river keeps heat down. Mini disco great for kids. Food nice and bar staff extremely friendly espically angel who we made friends with. Alot for kids go karting, mini fair ground, park and kids club with great thomas cook reps. Not hotels fault but mosquito's bad at night due to river so bring spray, bands for kids and candles. Not much choice of food for kids on all inclusive chips pasta chicken nuggets but burger king just outside complex €4 for kids meal. No kettle in room on all inclusive so bring travel one.Men selling sunglasses etc..friendly but walking round pool every 10 min annoying after 1st day.Anonymous 01 July 2015

Anonym 11 July 2015
