This pleasant hotel is set on 60 acres of landscaped gardens, facing the Andaman Sea, it provides space and privacy in a quiet yet friendly environment in Kuah Town. Situated within a few minute's walk of Langkawi's numerous tourist attractions, famed duty-free shops and the town centre, it is the perfect spot for being both close to the excitement of the area, but still secluded for its noises and commotion. With its unique architecture this place tries to provide a comfortable homely atmosphere. Most of the rooms face the sea-front, overlooking the pristine waters and open to spectacular panoramic views of some of Langkawi's archipelago. They come with a restful, airy ambience inspired by mediaeval castle architecture. Nautilus Grill, named after the rare deep-water sea shell, offers cosy dining with seafront seating, where guests can choose from a variety of culinary styles.

2.5 star ratingThe safe, gardens and the view from the room..Very poor internet in hotel, no net in the room after reading that there was..poor breakfast choice, non motivated staff..the sound of the lift bell from the room. noisy neighbours at 3 am..the slamming of doors at all times of day. The constant jazz and trumpet music which was too loud and to repetitive..awful musak!! the polluted smell from the sea at low tide..towels and sheets worn out ..hotel is past its best and must be classified as 2 star at best..keith22 April 2014
 ÐžÑ‚дыхали с мужем в апреле. Останавливались на 4 дня, оплата была по карте. Оплачивали при заезде в отель. После отъезда (на следующий день) - списали с карты второй раз сумму за все время пребывания. До сих пор вернуть деньги не можем!Марина19 May 2015

1.5 star ratingStaff were wonderful polite , helpful , beautiful hotel with lots potential , It's the little touches that are needed ,but all up its a nice hotel close to good shopping.plenty of taxi drivers .The grounds could be kept better ie lawn were breakfast is taken, table cloths on the tables , rooms should have better linen , toilets should have supply of toilet paper that was always scarce. When ringing for room service it would be nice if it was answered never was in the nine days we were there.it just needs to be thought out more ie extra linen ,bath mats slippery floors in bathroom area .menu should be changed time to time more European food incorporated in menu. 1.0 star ratingBig hotel nearby the sea.We'd arrived at the hotel 10:00 PM then checkin. We went to our 3 booking rooms for take rest. All 3 rooms is not tidy nothing clean up. Bed still be not tidy and all the things inside is not cleaned from previous quests. OMG! Bad!Earth01 March 2016
