4.5 star rating Der Hotelkomplex ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet. Der Innenbereich mit dem Wasserfall und den vielen Palmen ist besonders eindrucksvoll und gibt dem Hotelgast sofort ein Gefühl von Urlaub. Die Betten wurden jeden Tag gemacht und die Handtücher auch täglich gewechselt. Sehr zuverlässig. Jeden Abend gab es etwas neues am Buffet zu entdecken. Die Auswahl war reichhaltig und es gab immer mehrere Sorten frisch zubereitetes Fleisch und frisch zubereiteten Fisch. Direkt am Hotel stehen genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung und können ohne Anmeldung genutzt werden. Der Hotelkomplex befindet sich in einer eher ruhigen Lage, eignet sich aber perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Die Pflegeprodukte wurden täglich aufgefüllt. Die meisten Angestellten waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Schöne Poolanlage mit vielen Liegen und einem beheizten Pool. Das Fernsehprogramm bietet sogar zwei deutsche Sender (Sat.1 und ProSieben) Insgesamt haben wir uns im Beatriz Costa - Der Spa-Bereich konnte nur gegen zusätzliche Gebühren genutzt werden. - WLAN ist zwar unten im Bereich der Rezeption kostenlos, teilweise dauert es jedoch eine halbe Stunde bis eine Verbindung zum Hotelnetzwerk hergestellt wird. Dieses Problem hatten fast alle Hotelgäste und es lag nicht am Empfang. Wenn man dann einmal drin war funktionierte es gut. - WLAN auf den Zimmern kostet 20 Euro für 7 Tage. Hier ist jedoch der Empfang je nach Zimmerlage so schlecht, dass man gar keine Verbindung vom Zimmer aus herstellen kann. Allerdings waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bereit, uns die 20 Euro wieder zurückzugeben. - Das Unterhaltungsprogramm findet jeden Abend im Innenbereich des Hotels statt und geht meistens bis 23/24 Uhr. Je nach Lage des Zimmers kann es vorkommen, dass man selbst bei geschlossener Tür keine Ruhe im Zimmer hat. - Ausflüge zu Fuß sind etwas zeitaufwändiger, da das Hotel nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum und auch nicht direkt am Strand steht.10 December 2013

5.0 star ratingI arrived late at night and on check in, was pleasantly surprised to be informed that there was a table set for me and a dinner prepared for my arrival, super impressed!! The hairdryer broke in the room and was completely replaced within 24 hours. The staff were really friendly, food choice overwhelming and spa just blissful.Cheshire lass03 April 2017
