4.0 star ratingThis hotel is very well located to nearby Rodney Bay shopping, restaurants and nightlife area. It is right on the beach with all the usual beach facilites. Natural shade from palm trees as well as sun umbrellas. A nice beach bar/restaurant. A surprisingly large spa and beauty salon also located on the premises. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to assist with all our requirements promptly. I was most impressed with the maintenance man who fixed my broken suitcase lock 15 mins prior to departure! All in all I would recommend this pretty hotel for families and couples..I would have given this hotel 5 rating but the breakfast situation let it down. The actual food provisions were fine but they ran out of mostly everything by 9am and breakfast finishes at 10.30. The area that house the buffet is very small cramp room with in and out doors. Everyone bumps into each other trying to pass. It gets very hot as the chef is trying to cook indivusl omelettes etc. This really needs to be addressed. The only other thing is there is no nightly entertainment that we were aware of. My friends and I were there for the Jazz Festival so we were out of hotel most nights but families might be a bit bored after dinner. When we got back the bar woul be closed by 10.30ish..not really ideal when you fancy a night cap. Having said that, we usually persuaded the barman for just one more!..
