4.5 star ratingFriendly and near to all local destinations. Shuttle bus takes guests to Amsterdam airport and a train will take you to Central Amsterdam if required.I have stayed here a couple of times before but never in mid winter. The room was unheated on arrival and as it was very cold this meant that it took a good 12 hours to warm up. We asked for extra blankets, which were found for us, and the person in charge admitted that the heating should be turned up. This was not done until 24hoursafter.It was not a good stay this time but compares favourably with central hotels.05 January 2009

4.0 star ratingThe the shuttle service operates is a bit unclear: it turned out that the smaller van only shuttles between Schiphol and the hotel during daytime, and in the evening it's the bigger one to Best Western plus the smaller to Bastion Hoofddorp. Also I think once the shuttle didn't come to the hotel so we had to wait for the next one.01 May 2013
4.0 star ratingThe staff couldn't be anymore friendly and helpful even offering to keep our cases safe before we our night flight as our room checkout was 12 noon.Bit out the way two buses to get to Schipol Airport and then it's a thirty minute train journey into the city, on the plus side the hotel does provide a free shuttle bus to the airport but we kept missing the timings by like one minute and so when you have a full half hour to wait it becomes incredibly frustrating Darren01 October 2015
