2.0 star rating前枱服務非常差，入住前酒店已通知本人同一姓名於不同網站共訂了兩間房是否重複，本人已回覆係四人入住所以兩間房，check in時職員話我地只訂了一間房，以非常不友善的語氣話一間房不能住四人，幾經交涉終於查到係兩間房。到第四日酒店取去本人已存放於房間三天之沒有裝上Binding的單板，並沒有任何通知或留下字條，當與前枱職員理論時該職員情緒非常激動，並叫本人可以去投訢佢及語帶恐嚇問本人係唔係想瞓街，加拿大世界出名的旅遊地點之酒店居然有這樣的服務水平，非常非常之氣憤及失望。Uncle03 January 2016
