4.0 star ratingRooms very spacious and modern. Staff friendly and location of the hotel was beautiful. Room carpet was heavily stained, room was very dusty as if not cleaned often. For a 4 star hotel I would have expected the room to have a higher standard of cleanliness in both the room and en suite bathroom. The reception and bar area could have been warmer, the reception area was freezing and the bar area wasnt much warmer. We were staying in the hotel for a wedding and the hall in which the wedding reception was taking place was also really cold.12 November 2009
