4.0 star ratingGood if you are looking for a value for money option and are happy not staying in the centre of New York and able to take the tube. Great location for the tube - easy - for the money, all good. Breakfast ok but a nice add on and free wireless really helpful. Able to leave bags during the day on last day before going to airport - staff helpful.A wee bit tight and breakfast sometimes a bit of a rabble (if you are going to do it maybe a bit more organised) rather than play at it. 2.0 star ratingAll that Bally's want is to charge you for EVERYTHING. No service was free. Our room smelled really badly when we arrived, and it took two phone calls beore someone came up with a spray!!!!!!! Would never stay there again.UK TRAVELLER20 October 2012
