Breakfast is taken in the main hotel, so you can be assured of a fabulous start to the day. The Sportsman Lodges are spacious and extremely comfortable with a selection of twin, double and family accommodation, all ensuite. Guests staying in the Sportsman Lodges are free to enjoy the excellent bar and can enjoy dinner in the award winning restaurant within the hotel.

4.0 star ratingThe hotel is surrounded by lovely grounds and is on the bank of the River Tay so affords loads of opportunity for wildlife watching and enjoying the natural environment. Our room in The Sportsman's Lodge was fine and the bathroom was a decent size - shame about the leaky shower (see below). The over bath shower leaked under the shower screen which the hotel were aware of but unwilling or unable to fix so bathroom floor got wet. It took 36 hours to replace a bulb which in a room with poor lighting was an issue.Anonymous 29 July 2014
