This hotel has an ideal location, just 800 metres from the beach. There is an idyllic bay in the vicinity. The hotel is 3 km from the city centre, where there are numerous shops, lively bars, restaurants and nightclubs. There is a shuttle bus to Albufeira and the beaches, and there are public transportation links close to the hotel.

4.5 star ratingWe have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have always found it to be of a very high standard. Staff seem to stay, which always indicates to us that they are happy in their work, which ultimately results positively.05 January 2009

4.5 star ratingVery nice clean, modern hotel. Pool area is lovely with plenty of beds. Great free bus service provided by the hotel. Rooms are spacey and comfortable.Only complaints are that i couldn't get a good signal for the wi-fi. Also the the private transfer arranged by the hotel was more expensive than just calling a taxi.pburns05 July 2009
5.0 star ratingThe hotel was very organised and very clean. rooms were spacious and rooms with balconies were lovely. Very welcoming, helpful staff on reception. Things that could be improved: A couple more towels in the room and larger towels. Bed pillows were very uncomfortable, but beds very comfortable. Recreation: Table tennis bats replaced......very badly damaged, they do not cost much and should be replaced allowing guests to be able to have a proper game. More choice of items in the mini bar for example Coca Cola Light rather than just regular coke, chocolate and orange juice etc. More than one computer available to access the internet. Many guests were waiting to use this facility and this created difficulties if you were on business or needed to access important emails. Carol04 September 2009

4.5 star ratingOne of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in the Algarve, .But one of the only problems we occurred is if you are allocated a room within the location of the bar area, and you want to go to bed early to sleep it is not possible as the entertainment in the bar goes on till after 11.00 and you would find it difficult to sleep, unless you were hard of hearing12 March 2010

4.5 star ratingExcellent hotel with superb cleanliness. Food and drinks to an excellent standard. Room was also serviced to an excellent standard. Waited service in bar was brilliant with cocktails prepared to the highest standards.Room was very noisy at times. It was a ground floor room and footsteps and constant furniture movement heard from above throughout the day but quiet at night. The courtesy bus could be run much later in the evening as taxi is always required for return. View from balcony not great and balcony very small. 4.5 star ratingSehr erholsam, schöne Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer und die Poolanlage. Schöne Poolanlage angenehmes Ambiente. Nicht funktionierender Internetzugang, keine Rückerstattung der in das Gerät eingeworfenen Euro. : ( Fehlbuchung an der Bar von Verzehr anderer Gäste auf mein Konto. Hier erfolgte jedoch nach Reklamation eine Rückerstattung. Sehr glatte Stufen am Whirlpool im Innenbereich; dort bin ich ausgerutscht und konnte mich soeben am Geländer halten, sonst wäre ich schwer gestürzt!!!White Serpent17 October 2011
4.0 star ratingDie Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Qualität der Küche war sehr zufriedenstellend, einige Desserts absolute Spitze. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers war o.k.In den Zimmern hat teilweise der Zahn der Zeit genagt und sind somit renovationsbedürftig. Auch die Decke des Innenpools weist einige große schwarze Flecken auf. Zum Abendessen gab es öfters Platzprobleme.Uli27 April 2012
