3.0 star ratingHotel is in a great location with metro near by, shops, malls etc. Staff were nice and quite helpful.This hotel rates itself as 5* but is more like a 3* hotel. Rooms are ok, beds are very hard and uncomfortable. When booking our room initially it didn't show option or state some rooms were smoking. We arrived and where taken upto our room which was on a smoking floor, when we opened the door the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The room/ bedding etc all stunk of smoke and it was uncomfortable to sleep in such an environment. I felt like I was sleeping in an ashtray! After a couple of days we were able to move rooms luckily but I would advise anyone booking this hotel to request non smoking rooms and not presume. Anonymous 24 May 2015
