The hotel is located at Barcelona Airport and ideally placed for all the main connections to the city centre. The centre of Barcelona is about 10 minutes away. The 5-storey hotel was opened in 2006 and comprises a total of 259 rooms. Guests will enjoy exclusive accommodation and special service in this establishment. Amongst the facilities on offer count an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility and lift access. Furthermore, guests may make use of the Sky Lounge, Alabastro Bar and La Sal Marina restaurant. 4.0 star rating	The staff was pleasant and quite helpful.	Unfortunately, after the online booking was done the printout was inadequate. There were no directions and very little about location. Our cab driver wasn't sure where it was and we couldn't get much from the printout. There was also no information as how to get to it, ie:shuttles.		23 November 2012
2.5 star rating		No information concerning a bus to the hotel from the airport. The information desk did not know of the hotel. We were obliged to take a taxi at a cost of 20 euros. (In the morning we did take the hotel bus to the airport successfully and gratis.) The restaurant was shut. We ate tapas in the bar. 5.0 star rating	I used this hotel for one night before going on a cruise ship the following day. It offered transportation from the airport to the hotel and (for a fee) transfer to the cruise terminal the following morning. It was a good choice and for the price I paid, an absolute bargain. The instructions tell you to call the hotel if you are arriving at Terminal 2 because the shuttle bus does not go there unless by request. When we had figured out where the bus stops were (it was dark when we arrived) we called only to be told to go straight to the bus stop as others were also waiting. One had just left full when we arrived, but the hotel informed one of those left that another would be along in 7 minutes. And it was. However, it still did not have room for one family and we heard the driver telephone to give someone that information - so I assume they would have been collected also. I go into detail here because this is the sort of information I would have welcomed. Also, if you arrive at T2, you turn right after you exit the building and the bus stops are 100 yards or so and across a road - there is a crossing. Once in the hotel, we found the check in process easy, the person who checked us in was delightful (she was new to the hotel) and our room very pleasant on the ground floor. The beds were good and not low ones (which I dislike). True the hotel is showing its age in a few places, but really, nothing that would affect my full score for the price I paid. The breakfast the next morning was excellent; one of the best buffets I have come across and I have a lot of hotel stays (business and holiday) under my belt. We paid 11 euro per person for the transfer to the cruise terminal, which left just after 11 am, and that worked well also. This service is provided by a contractor, but the bus was clean and air-conditioned. I am staying at the hotel again next month, and am perfectly happy that I made that choice. 2.5 star rating	The hotel room is comfortable and clean, lobby area is stylish as well	The staff there was very unfriendly, we had breakfast there at 6 o'clock, as when it's supposed to start, after entering the breakfast hall, there was no service people around and 3 min later we got shouted by a shady guy who claimed we broke some the on the door, which is not possible as we entered easily. After a while with loud yelling in Spanish, the receptionist and down but was not helping out with the tension and implied its our fault and he didn't care. This hotel a experience at breakfast is the worst I have ever had so far after years of traveling. I do not recommend this place for any travelers	Anonym	02 April 2016
