 Upon arrival we were told that there had been a "problem with the internet" and the hotel was overbooked and had no room for us. The hotel had made a replacement booking in a sister hotel a short distance away and provided a taxi to take us there. The downside to this was the hotel was a three star whereas the original hotel was 4 star and the new hotel had no resturant only a breakfast room - one of the things we look for when selecting a hotel. Otherwise the replacement hotel was perfectly adequate. Why did nobody contact us and tell us before we travelled and we could have agreed a relacement hotel with them rather than being given no choice?26 November 2008

The hotel room and common areas were furnished to a good level and were extremely clean.The hotel did not provide any complimentary tea or coffee to the guests. For the room price, I think these can be provided. The wi-fi in the room did not work. The wi-fi facility should be improved.08 May 2012
