3.5 star ratingWhen I booked in it was friendly and politeI was woken with the room next to me fighting and smashing bottles of beer against my front door. I was aware there was also a baby in the room and they were fighting hard. I had to call reception twice and no one let me know when it was safe again. When I left the room in the morning I had to step over all the broken glass on my door step. I asked for a refund and I was told that there was nothing they could do. My partner was called away on business prior to all this going on and I was alone in the room. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE! 21 May 2013
