4.0 star ratingnice staff, room was made up early in the day. Plenty of towels, and decor was fabulous. Indoor pool was at the perfect temp and so so clean. We had a marvelous time there.bathrooms - where are the towel racks? No where to hang hand towels for the next use. 01 October 2011
5.0 star ratingGreat Customer service from arriving at the Hotel (Valet) (Front Desk) throughout our stay (Casino Host) (Restaurant Staff) to when we left (Housekeeping) When arrived they had booked a 2 Queen room so I asked for a King Room which they did not have but offered me a Luxury King Room upgrade at no extra cost.
