Hotel Information

This hotel is located 3.5 kms from Lihue Airport, and is set in 25 acres of ocean-front property on the eastern Coconut Coast. There is also complimentary airport shuttle service. This is a deluxe Hawaiian plantation-style resort with 350 accommodation units with modern day amenities. The hotel's facilities include 2 restaurants, a lobby bar and a nightclub as well as a hospitality room, a car park, WLAN Internet access and room and laundry services. The newly renovated guest rooms come with a fully fitted en-suite bathroom. Guests may take advantage of the in-room high-speed Internet access. They are also invited to enjoy the nightly torch lighting ceremony and Polynesian show (6 pm). Sports enthusiasts may enjoy the hotel's 2 floodlit tennis courts, gym and the nearby golf course. The resort also features 3 swimming pools. Guests may also relax at The Alolani Spa and Exercise Centre.

4.5 star ratingThe location was ideal for getting to any part of the island and very conveniently close to the airport. The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive to our needs/requests. They were all very knowledgeable about points of interests on Kaui'i. The pool area was also a plus.It was resolved in short order; but, there was a 20 minute power failure; hence, we were without electricity, lights, etc.15 February 2012
3.5 star ratingDas Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Außenbereich... schöne Poolanlage und schön angelegter Garten... und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Da sich das Hotel auf der Ostseite von Kauai befindet kann man schöne Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Das Essen und die Getränke an der Pool-Bar waren recht gut.Die Hotelbuchung hat ein "Continental Breakfast" beinhaltet, welches jedoch eigentlich nur aus einem Muffin Kaffee bestand. Beim Abendessenbuffett waren 2 der 4 Hauptspeisen kalt und wir haben trotz Reservierung 20 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten müssen. Der Strand hinter dem Hotel ist nicht zum Baden geeignet. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen hört man die Flugzeuge beim Landen/Starten. Parken ist kostenpflichtig obwohl es keine Alternative fürs Parken gab.02 January 2014
