4.0 star ratingI liked the cleanliness of the appartment. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked if you wanted to eat in, however, the appartments were located at the heart of the old town and there were pleanty of restaurants around and the marina.The hotel staff were rarely there. I arrived late at 8pm and nobody was there, as luck would have it, I speak some French, so I was able to call the number indicated on the door to locate my keys! The parking was difficult to fathom out.Samuel07 July 2010
3.0 star ratingLarge room. Clean, new.Bed provided was a sofa-bed but I was not told this at the booking or when I booked in. I have never been to a hotel where the only bed is a sofa-bed (and yet there is space in the room for a bed and a sofa-bed. In addition, the timber supports to the bed were broken so it was very uncomfortable. (I have photographs) On checkout I was offered a better bed next time! When I complained by email I was told that I could have 20% off the next booking - I eventually had them reduce my payment for the room by 20%.Anonymous 28 February 2014
