2.0 star ratingThe hotel is well located... El hotel está bien situado...The staff was not helpful at all... The place was full of groups of young people, very noisy and dirty... We were robbed money and personal belongings from our rooms and when we notified it to the receptionist he just answered: "It may have been the cleaners, but anyway we take no responsabilities"... if the cleaners ever came into our rooms, it was not precisely to clean the floor... El personal no era muy agradable... El recinto estaba lleno de chavales muy escandalosos y sucios. Nos desapareció de la habitación dinero y objetos personales y cuando se lo comunicamos al chico de recepción él nos contestó: "Habrán sido posiblemente las chicas de la limpieza, pero de todas formas no nos hacemos responsable de eso", mostrandonos un cartel en el que decía eso... si las limpiadoras entraron en nuestro apartamento, no fue precisamente para limpiar el sueloDuran15 September 2009
