5.0 star ratingNicely situated inbetween restaurants, bars and other (more expensive) hotels. We had a stay for 3 nights regarding the kitesurfspot near Alcudia. Nice swimming pool area. The rooms are clean and basic.No hot water, the balkony has a limited panorama.Don Roberto29 April 2013
