The hotel is located in Granda, just 5 km away from Oviedo with its bus and train stations. It is only 500 m from connections to the regional highways, allowing guests to get to any part of Asturias in no time. There are public transport links and restaurants within a short walk. Bars and nightclubs are about 1 km away. The beach is some 30 km away in Gijón.Built in 2007, these apartments are distributed between 7 buildings that respect the traditional Asturias architectural style. Surrounded by a wide green area, they also have a closed parking area. There are 14 apartments and 4 studios in total.The units come as studios, or 1 bedroom apartments and sofa-bed. All offer direct access to the garden from the ground floor. On the upper floor they have a gallery or terrace. All of the apartments are fully equipped with a TV, telephone, en suite bathroom with shower and bath, a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge, a washing machine and air conditioning.
