3.5 star ratingSpa was wonderful. I enjoyed twice among the 3 days stay.Breakfast was also very delicious. Stuff can be more proactive and halpful I think. Pizza and pasta at beachside weren't in the enough level compare to other dishes at Breakfast restaurant. Some of the amenities weren't fill up upon making up rooms and turn down services.Jasmine31 January 2013
4.5 star ratingAwesome location! we used the MRT regularly. Staff work hard and are attentive. The rooms were beautiful, with finishing touches well thought out. Food at kitchen was amazing. Selection like you wouldn't believe.Sound travelled! The rooms are clearly not insulated as we could hear the phone ringing next door......clearly! We also had neighbors who consistently came home in the early hours of the morning and had complete disregard to those trying to sleep. Noise just travelled up and down the corridor to much considering what you pay per night. The lack of and the interrupted sleep definitely impacted on the quality of our stay there. I feel they need to have a strict noise policy in place and make all guests aware that noise is a problem. I think this policy should be regularly policed by staff making routine checks. Surely when a bunch of drunk men come in, they see this when they walk past reception?02 July 2013

3.5 star ratingLove the beautiful n the clean beach. Staff r mostly courteous n helpful. The staff who chk me in, Ms MoMo even remember my name throughout my stay. Had the spa at my previous trip n it was highly recommended. We were not served any welcome drinks maybe because when we arrived the lobby was packed and we were directed to sit at e Lotus cafe. We had dinner at panai cafe(outdoor beside e beach) for its bbq night. They shd hav a more systematic way to sit customers. We stood in front of e cashier for some time n nobody was free to sit us. With more guest coming，it become messy n no longer 1st come 1st serve. Everyone trying to grab the busy waiters' attention. And the food is VERY DISAPPOINTING. It was introduced as bbq nite but only maybe 5 bbq items n the small shrimp are not fresh at all. Ang05 May 2014
4.5 star ratingPersonable staff, great beach, very nice pool area, decent rooms. Guided bicycle tour is a fantastically fun ride on sandy track and bike friendly roadways. For the price I can't complain about the rooms. It is fair.Anonymous 24 June 2014
3.5 star ratingNice hotel with a great beach and a nice restaurant on the beach. And more importantly, fantastic staff, they are really friendly and helpful.One big drawback, the Banyan Tree group to which Angsana belongs is building apartments just next to the hotel and the noise from the construction work can be heard all-day from the rooms and the swimming pool.
