5.0 star ratingSuperb top quality apartment accommodation in beautiful golf-course setting, with added benefit of use of the adjacent hotel facilities. This was our second visit. Staff are particularly helpful, in particular the reservations manager Silvia Nunes who ensured we had the type and location of apartment that we asked for. We shall definitely be visiting The Residences at Tivoli Victoria again.Absolutely none!Big Ears03 April 2011

4.0 star ratingsitua-senuma área de laser e sossego ( tanto no complexo como em cada apartamento), excelente para relaxar e para a pratica de desportos, boas acomodação , excelentes áreas. Limpeza fica aquém de um hotel de 5 estrelas, o apartamento tinha a varanda toda suja dos passaros, no interior tinha os cortinados sujos assim como mosquitos mortos na parede ( penso que não era decoração). Falta de iluminação nas partes comuns. Não existe ligação sem ser pelo exterior entre os apartamentos e o Hotel. No SPA tentam logo por restrições a quem queira usufruir das instalações depois das 16 horas. Não existe qualquer cacifo para deixar a roupa/objectos, pela informação fornecida no Spa o Sr. que arranja os cacifos levou as chaves todas. 28 February 2012

4.5 star ratingAccomodation beautiful. High quality and clean. Staff are the major plus for me, so professional and helpful.Other guests! The kids pool and indoor pool gets crowded with older children using inflatables. Resulting in us having to take our young children out of the pool and go back to our room after they get squirted / knocked over by much older children. I know it's the parents but they disappear leaving their ferral kids to run riot.11 June 2012
5.0 star ratingBeautiful accommodation with high standards of cleanliness, rooms serviced every day with fresh towels. Gorgeous pool area and food and drinks reasonable priced The staff very helpful with queries and called taxis when needed and offered early check in. Fantastic! It's 10mins drive into centre and not feasible walking so a bit misleading in review. No problem as it was perfect accommodation just would have like to have been prepared. The complex definitely needs a super market or on site shop because if distance from centre. 25 June 2013
