5.0 star ratingThe hotel is in a quiet location with an excellent shuttle boat service which runs every 20 minutes and drops you off near to the skytrain. The staff at the hotel make you feel special and cannot do enough for you. It was our silver wedding anniversary and on our arrival we were greeted in our room with flowers, a chocolate cake and a card. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.29 June 2009

 hotel is great but Hotelopia is the worst hotel booking website ever. No reply on enquiry and complaints. Hotelopia really ruined our before-trip mood. We have tried so many hotel booking website and all are very good service except this Hotelopia, worst experience ever. And for sure this message will be blocked by Hotelopia.abb22 June 2015
5.0 star ratingPeaceful oasis in Bangkok but only a short ferry ride from the waterfront and the skytrain. Dinner cruise is fabulous. Lovely pool area. Get a suite for lounge access, free cocktails from 5 to 7 and a free smartphone with complimentary calls worldwide. Wide choice of bars and restaurants. Terrific hotel.Nothing really. Drinks are a little pricey by Thai standards but to be expected in a high quality hotel like this.Anonymous 06 July 2015

5.0 star ratingGreat layout and atmosphere, everyone very helpful.Nothing really negative about the hotel, except that parts of the outbuildings have tiles missing, paint peeling, and need some maintenance. Some of the public areas out near pool look a bit shabby..the aggregate concrete floors are stained and need pressure cleaning. Anonymous 22 October 2016
