2.0 star rating	Convenient for the airport. Friendly staff.	Check-in was chaotic with insufficient staff trying to do too many things. The corridors are dirty and in need of repair. The water did not drain from the shower basin, and only trickled from the hand basin tap. TV remote did not work. Food is edible but of poor quality. If you have the time go to a downtown hotel otherwise you have no choice.	Slogg	02 April 2011
4.5 star rating	Room was sound proofed very well from noise outside of the hotel (airport, road traffic etc)	The room was not sound proofed very well from noises coming from the corridor (a considerable amount of guests arrived between 3.45am and 5.00am in rooms adjacent to ours) The Hotel Shuttle Service did not work very well either and reception staff could not help even though we pre-booked it.		25 November 2011
4.0 star rating	This hotel is very near the airport, a convenient stop if you have an early departure or late arrival. The breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is very clean and well furnished and decorated..	Our evening meal (buffet) was bland and disappointing. The desserts in particular tasted horrible. 5.0 star rating	Hotel has been recently renovated so is very fresh and modern. Has an excellent pool, bar, restaurant and coffee shop. It's a short distance from the airport terminal and there's a shuttle on demand.	Airport and hotel are a fair distance from Amman so it wouldn't be a great base for Amman.	Ian, Ratho	17 June 2013
