3.0 star ratingŁadna czysta plaża.Obsługa w restauracji hotelowej na słabym poziomie, brakuje czystych stolików, sztućców, serwetek, o wszystko trzeba się prosić i długo czekać. 2.0 star ratingSTAFF: The main thing which made me hate being in Tunis was that hotel. if you ever think to go as a family, you will not feel comfortable at all! staff watches your moves, curious! speaks behind your back, asks private questions, you are watched all the time, and no space is given. While sitting in the hall with my partner, the waiter is sneaking behind the wall to listen what we speak about! keeps questioning even about friends who visited you to the reception! Animation team: all they do is playing with kids, putting some you tube songs on a poor old screen, and giving some ladies some pleassure, nothing really fun! Services: because I didnt find the towel one evening, I needed to wait 3 hours till he comes, and checks my room to be sure I havent stolen it, then gave me one! Aircondition: just little button which gives heat instead of cool air, so probably its a hotel for winter trips. all the hotel is dark, seems like horror movie, you dont feel the summer in it unless you get outside. (they save power) Location: as an advice go to get a hotel in sousse, there are the quality clubs, markets, views. Hotel location is in the middle of forest no mini bus goes to sousse, the only way is by big bus which is like a rally car without seatbelt. Monastir is kind of Pazar (market) but sousse is more of high quality clubs, restaurants, sea sights, and hotels there are cheaper, also transaction to monastir could be done by two mini busses both costs 0.70 cents of a euro taxi would be about 7.5 euros I paid 370 euros for a week, I expected a lot more, not such cheap quality. next time I would rent an apartment for similar price and enjoy my time and freedom, also Food: is OK Al-Akiili05 April 2015
