The hotel is situated in the southern part of the famous Black Sea Resort of Sunny Beach and is near one of the oldest European towns, Nessebar, 35 km away from Bourgas and 25 km from Bourgas Airport.Renovated in 2006, this beach hotel is part of a larger hotel complex and offers different types of rooms (single, double, triple, two-floor apartments). The complex's facilities include a restaurant, pizzeria, 'Barbecue Tcevermeto' - a grill restaurant and bar, a lobby bar, an ice cream parlour/café, cocktail bar, newspaper stand, cloakroom, lift access and a safe and currency exchange in the entrance hall, which provides a 24-hour reception and check-out service. Guests can relax in the games room or TV room. In addition to this there are shops, an on-site hairdresser and a business centre with computers, printers, fax, Internet access and conference rooms for business meetings, seminars and conferences. There is a children's playground where younger guests can let off steam.
