4.0 star ratingRoom was impeccable and comfortable, although small but I know that is normal for New York. The doorman was very friendly and courteous. The decor was fresh and modern and the flatscreen TV was nice. Room was surprisingly quiet for that part of Manhattan. No workout facility and the front desk staff was very inconsistent. Some were very helpful while others were condescending and one gave us entirely incorrect directions to get on the subway. The ice maker was broken so we had to go to the bar to get ice. I also think at a bare minimum, there should be an in-room coffee maker. I thought the $10.00 charge for Wifi was too much. NewYork Traveler07 August 2012

5.0 star ratingI stayed at your hotel for the 9 nights ! What's great location - in the heart of the city ! just 5 minutes walk to Times Square either to Central Park. Definitely value for money. May be for the families with children rooms might be tight - however we were concious about the size of the rooms. Hotel is after renovation, room with excellent design, nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Cleaning of the rooms every day with towels exchange. We stayed at the 3rd floor on the side of the restaurant located next to the entrance of the hotal - we had any problems with noice. I do not have any complains - I strongly recommed this hotel, friedly staff - true hospotality people, very helpful.Wojtek 31 October 2012
