4.0 star ratingthe swimming pools are nice,the animation people are very good, the food and drink is plenty and very good i am very happy about that.the entertainment was brilliant my kids were very happy.overall very good experience . staff at reception are rude,dont speak english.the rooms inside are not very clean,there was no hot water 1 day,there was no water at all the other day.in the swimming pools have to be a lifeguard all time as kids play,and i was there when a american football boll hit 1 girl in her face very bad she was bleeding.they need to control what to play and what not to play there.
