Hotel Information

Located in a magnificent spot on the Aegean coast, famous for surfing and sailing, this large complex has its own marina and a unique atmosphere. Comprising a main building, marina and beach rooms, its features include a number of sea water swimming pools as well as an indoor and outdoor thermal pool, a shopping centre, a choice of culinary venues, Bio Venus thermal centre and a range of activities to suit most ages. It also has a number of conference / social function halls. The resort of Çeşme is 4 km away and can be easily reached by public transport or taxi from in front of the hotel.

2.5 star ratingThe hotel has a great view to the ocean and its own Marina.Where do I begin? 5 stars, what a joke. First of all the "all- inclusive" package is not all-inclusive. The restaurants and cafes the hotel claims to have are in fact private and cost extra. This is only made clear upon arrival which was very decieving!!! There are so many extra costs that they can't be listed. The service is horrible! Most of the staff are about 16 years old and have no idea how to provide quality service. Throughout the hotel I found only two personnel who could speak English. The food that was all inclusive was edible, but that is about it. The buffet was always the same, the food being recycled from day to day and becoming old which you could taste. Do not go to this hotel expecting 5 stars...3 stars is more appropriate. 26 June 2013

4.5 star ratingVi är mycket nöjd med hotellet. Trevlig personal och professionella. Maten var vällagad, fräsch, stor utbud och hög klass på frukt och grönsaker. Hotellet ligger väldig vacker stora gemensamma lokaler och uteplatser. Hotellet hade sin plats vid havet och 2 stora bassänger. Havet var helt otroligt rent och ganska långgrunt passar utmärkt för barnfamiljer. Vi rekommenderar varmt denna hotel.Det enda är att man kanske bör fräscha upp thermal avdningen.Duran20 May 2014
