4.5 star ratingThe placement is perfect, the hotel is magnificent.On our room there was a lamp broken and the room was extremely warm, the AC was working only if you are inside and we had a last floor room. Very unpleasant. They have also problems with electricity, the red broke down one evening. The personnel is professional, but waiting for tips.Ralu24 July 2011
2.5 star ratingService freundlich und entgegenkommend, aber auch etwas zu geschäftstüchtig speziell im restaurant.Hotel im alten osmanischen stil, da wir es wünschten für uns gut, für andere vielleicht etwas zu basic und ungemütlich.Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Man gab uns ohne Kommentar ein Zimmer ohne Meerblick sondern mit blick auf den Hof und auf die dortigen restaurierungsmassnahmen am swimmingpool. Auf Nachfrage stellte man fest, das kein Zimmer mit Meerblick mehr frei sei!? Eine Information während der Zeit seit Buchung ist uns nicht zugegangen und man schaute auch sehr verwundert auf meine eindeutige Buchung..... Erst am nächsten Tag wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Meeerblick in aussicht gestellt, was aber bei einer Übernachtung wenig Sinn machte....snarfoldito31 January 2012
3.5 star ratingSehr freundliches Personal. Gebäude und Setting sehr schön. Für einen Urlaub im Sommer sehr empfehlenswertMein Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht geheizt. Die Außentemperatur betrug 3°. Das Bad ist nicht beheizbar, wird auch durch die Luftheizung im Zimmer durch den Air Conditioner nicht warm. Letztere stellt sich automatisch aus, wenn der Zimmerschlüssel beim Verlassen des Zimmers aus dem Generalschalter entfernt wird, sodass das Zimmer bei Rückkehr eiskalt ist, sich auch nicht schnell aufwärmen lässt. In der kalten Jahreszeit ist das Hotel daher nicht empfehlenswert. Ich war Anfang März für eine Woche Gast.Uccello09 March 2012

4.5 star ratingdas Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt sowie die Bettwäsche. Dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen. 02 November 2013
