3.0 star ratingWe checked-in late at nite on Sunday 15th March. The 4 rooms booked in advance were not available and we had to share the 2 rooms available. Although we had reserved non-smoking rooms, one room smelled like cigarettes. The next morning we were told that the rooms booked were free!! The receptionist who did the check-in did not apology.20 March 2009
