I was initially given an appalling 'singles' room - 2 beds but it was for 'singles' ie rubbish as only one person was paying: damp, view of a wall only, like a prison cell. A huge disappointment. Only after insisting persistently for an alternative did they find me one.Anonymous 04 October 2016
