4.5 star ratingNice hotel, great facilities, friendly reception staff. Next door to Lidl supermarket.Food was average but edible and ok, but below standard for 4 star. The fridge in the room is not a fridge and I still can't work it out, it plugs in, has a thermostat but does not cool ?The entertainment was below average, kids could easiliy have been entertained by a mini disco after dinner for an hour, but this was not done. One day there was a WII competition for the kids, i brought my 6 year old up to it, the WII screen was up and the controllers were sitting to one side, so we started to try and play it. The entertainment guy came along and told us off. This was enough for me NEVER EVER to go back to the hotel. 10 June 2009
5.0 star ratingLovely hotel with friendly staff. Plenty to do , ideal for families as the hotel have something to entertain their guests every evening in the bar. Food was lovely and varied. Rooms are a nice size with terrace overlooking the pool. Ideal for couples as well as families.The lifts are extreamly slow so you tend to be waiting around alot unless you prefer to take the stairs. If the hotel is full you have little chance of getting a sun bed by the pool, most people have thrown their towels on at dawn!!!!! Although the hotel does have a sign up to state that this can not be done it´s obvious it´s not enforced which is a shame.H in Alicante29 August 2009

5.0 star ratingWe found all memebers of staff very accomodating and polite - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and tidy. 5.0 star ratingthe hotel is lovely ,staff were very polite and helpfull food had a good varities of dishes which were hot and cold but also tastey and well presented.can not comment on the spa as they couldnt fit us in, but looked very nice from what bit we saw.rooms were very spacious in size safe in the room air con worked very well and the water was hot. the thing i must point out was we found the room very quite, we had people both sides of us and never heard them at all.not even in morning getting up.the only things we could find wrong were that the rooms were clean but not very well as we had other peoples hairs in the bath and on the bathroom floor, even on picking them up the next day, somemore would appear! so i think the cleaners may not wash their mops out properly and dont change the water very often! the other thing was the pool ,it had a slope in to the pool which was very slippy and on many occations we watched people fall over and a little boy smashed his chin on the floor from slipping, there were no signs to say that it was slippy, so beware.sam30 June 2011
