2.5 star ratingExreemly noisy, even at 4:00 in the morning, impossible to sleep. I preferred the hotel as it is close to the Schonefeld airport, to sleep a little bit more, but I could not sleep all the night because of extreemly high music of the restaurant till 4 o'clock in the morning. Then I slept only 1 hour. Was the worst hotel choice of my life!09 August 2008
3.0 star ratinghotel is a great place for those who have to spend a night at Schoenfeld airport. the best part is the free shuttle to and from the airport. the person at the check in desk was incompetent14 September 2008
2.5 star ratingnone1) Airport taxis refuse to transport you there,,,I was not informed about shuttle 2) On paying for dinner the waiter tried to claim ?7 as the tip on a ?13 meal 3) Mosquito bitten in room 4) noisy,,,between main road and railway 5) Fire-escape door giving direct entrance to bedrooms from street was wide open at 6am 6) No breakfast available at 6 30 due to staff shortages 7) I was offered a shuttle transfer to the station at 6,45 am and then the offer was immediatly changed to "can you wait till 7am". I was in a hurry and so despite an injured leg was forced to walk...just like my arrival28 September 2008
4.5 star ratingDespite arriving very late at the hotel due to a delayed flight,the receptionist was most helpful.The Breakfast room was excellent with a high quality breakfast and very good service .he only criticism had was the room was very hot and stuffy and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.23 September 2008

The reception desk was very helpful in more ways than I expected.The young waitress in the breakfast room was very rude and unhelpful. She should not servre people if she cannot be civil. The slightly older lady was much more helpful but she appeared in the room when I was finishing my breakfast.03 April 2009

The food was fresh and well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful.The shower arrangements were dreadful ! One could not avoid getting the entire bathroom wet in the process of having a shower, which made subsequent use very awkward.05 June 2009
