Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include an exquisite restaurant and WLAN Internet access. 4.5 star ratingWell equipped pools and good maintenance of the grounds. Useful underground parking and good security. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped.Reception and bar shut at 2100 hours which made you less inclined to return to the complex early. No local bar or entertainment facilities on site. Toilet brush filthy which detracted from the high standard of everywhere else. Disagreement with one receptionist regarding our free one hour paddle entitlement which was stated on our voucher from Hotelopia. She came across as rude and demeaning. Later challenged again. She apologised however and stated that the holiday company should not have included this facility. It was their mistake and not hers for challenging it.05 June 2013
