3.5 star ratingClean. Big nice room. First of all, we have travelled a lot with the children and have stayed at MANY hotels. We come from 3,5 month of travelling in Thailand and 1 month in turkey. We are used to different kinds of hotels and standard. We are not hard to please and do not have high demands. But this hotel seems to have survived itself. Staff were arrogant. Reception staff not service minded with bad english skills. Long waiting time and we were igored a long time both at check in and out. Some better than others though. Did not get the feeling the staff at the hotel was there to help us or inform us if whe needed. For example, We did not know where the mini disco was. Not anyone we asked could or bothered to explain or show us. Neither did they take responsibility to help us find it. We walked around a long time and arrived when it was almost finished. The waitors seemed tired of their job and never gave anyone a smille. Crowded with people everywhere and loud music pumping. No athmosphere of the place at all. We did not feel that the hotel cared about us at all and did not feel that anyone was proud of the place or cared for its reputation. We stayed 2 nights and then changed our plans and moved. 02 May 2013

 Kort vei til stranda og veldig grei park over veien som har skillierog fasiliteter. Reint og fint ellers. Reine toaletter.DÃ¥rlig service ved ansatte. Ingen wifi som fungerer. Kun i lobby og der gÃ¥r det veldig treigt. Fin hotel ellers, ligger utenfor alanya. Al.s21 July 2014
