This hotel is located on Mina Road, close to Abu Dhabi's business and commercial districts. The city centre is 2 km from the accommodation and Abu Dhabi International Airport is some 45 km away. This 105-room hotel combines the ambience of casual homeliness with the complete services of a hotel. Fully air-conditioned, it features a lobby with 24-hour reception and has a warm and friendly staff. Guests will find a café, bar and restaurant on site, and room and laundry services are provided. The standard rooms are fitted with either 1 king-size bed or twin single beds. All rooms and suites are en suite, and the bathrooms come with a bathtub with an overhead shower. Facilities available include a telephone, TV, radio, air conditioning units and a kitchenette with a minibar.

4.5 star ratingGood location. On check in, I was made to wait because the lone staff was doing something. I thought initially that the person being served is a customer who came ahead of me. Later I found out that this is also one of the staff, I believe a driver. It is my opinion that the proper way if for the hotel hotel staff to first attend to us and resume their internal work as soon as the customer check-in requirement is completed. Hotel normally requires copy of the ID of customer. I have no problem with this. I have problem if the copying takes a long time such that I have to leave my ID behind. Leaving the ID has some risk of losing it either by customer forgetting to retrieve it on check-out or hotel staff misplacing it. I also do not think that copying should take such a long time. It should be done during check in and ID must be returned at the end of the check in. In my particular case, I asked the hotel staff to just send it up to my room it he will take some more time to copy my ID. The staff refused and suggested that I pick it up on my way out (he is assuming I will still go out of the hotel). Since I am not going out at all, I called again the same hotel staff and requested for the 2nd time to send my ID to my room. He refused and said that I can take it when I check out. If a customer has asked the hotel staff, twice, this means that he is concern about his ID. When a person has concern, it makes him worried. So this deminishes the pleasant feeling of staying in the hotel, when the hotel create a situation to make a customer worry, when in fact, the request is very reasonable and can be done easily. I do not understand why the hotel staff keep refusing to send my ID up. I do not believe that at 10pm the staff are still so busy that they cannot attend to this kind of request. Finally, it is a strange experience for me that room service cannot provide water together with my order and I was told later to dial another number just for the water.
