Εμάς μας έβαλαν σε ένα δωμάτιο με αποχετεύσεις που μύριζαν, με ξεχαρβαλωμένες πόρτες, με ψυγείο που δεν έψυχε από τον συσσωρευμένο πάγο, με τηλεόραση παλιάς τεχνολογίας που έπιανε με χιόνια και με φθαρμένα έπιπλα από την δεκαετία του '60. 1.5 star ratingThe receptionist later upgraded my room for an extra Euro 20, which I was willing to pay. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and on those occasions have been very satisfied. We live in Skiathos and often pass through Volos The staff in the breakfast room were very pleasant, and so was the receptionist in the morning at checkout. The room was very small and poky, with a window overlooking a central well. It was a terrible room. When I complained to the receptionist she said that it was my fault and that I should have booked direct and not through Hotelopia It was not a pleasant encounterAnonymous 28 September 2015
2.0 star ratingThey Change the sheets and towels every day. The breakfast was good with fair amount of different products to choose from. The photos I saw in the site are from the new wing of the hotel. They don't show the old one which is where I stayed. The bathroom had a bad smell that came from the sewer network, air-condition was working at 30% at best (with 40 degrees Celsius outside), the small refrigeration was not working and even when it was the temperature inside was almost the same as outside.
