1.0 star ratingI arrived at the hotel at Christmas Eve. It was already some people at the reception discussing the problem of overbooking. It showed that me and my friend and 2 other friends who payed for the rooms couldn´t stay at the hotel because of overbooking. It took 3 hours before we have been transfered to another hotel with worse standard and more far away from the places we wanted to visit. The service at the hotel, Malabar Court, where we at last landed was very slow. Christmas Eve didn´t become as we planned because of all troubles with the hotel. yours sincerely.
