2.5 star ratingIt had a poolCustomer service: my flight was delayed so I missed my connecting flight to Belize and therefore could not make it for my hotel reservation. When I arrived a day later ( 2 days paid in advance ) they still charged me for the room even though I never checked in. I tried to make a deal, if they didn't charge me, I would stay for a week and if they did charge me, I was leaving the next day...I left the next day. Bad business! As well, the hotel is on a busy, noisy road and the neighborhood dogs never stopped barking all night. Ben15 January 2015
